Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Ekam Apps ("SocialWise", "we") for the use of socialwise.app and the SocialWise app. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
SocialWise helps businesses create Reels, carousels, posts and other social content with AI, and publish or schedule it to connected Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you sign up. You are responsible for your team members' activity and for keeping your login safe.
Your content
You own the photos, videos, logos and text you upload and the content SocialWise creates for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including people shown in photos and clips.
AI-generated content
AI can make mistakes. Review scripts, captions, prices and claims before you publish. You are responsible for what you post.
Connected platforms
When you publish through SocialWise you must also follow the rules of each platform, including Meta's terms and community standards and the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take on your accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not use SocialWise for spam, misleading or illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, plus applicable taxes. Usage limits for each plan are shown in the app.
Ending the service
You can stop using SocialWise and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms, with notice where possible.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
